I can't give R. KELLY any credit for having a high debut...the numbers were still weak...and the fact that he really had no competition overall landed him at #4. His single "Number One" featuring Keri Hilson is the fortieth most downloaded ringtone this week! ALLISON IRAHETA and COSCULLULELA have none of their singles on the chart...at least from what I can tell. It's really sad when it comes to IRAHETA...I really felt that her album should've had more emphasis on it.

As for the previous week, LADY GAGA and RIHANNA remain in the Top Twenty...and LADY GAGA's "The Fame" album remains at #5. (For those that don't know, LADY GAGA sold a tremendous amount of records...more than what we see. Not only did she sell a lot with "The Fame Monster", but the actual "...Fame" album that was re-released with the additional eight tracks sold 151,000 copies, bringing the GRAND TOTAL of LADY GAGA albums sold to 325,000 last week!) ADAM LAMBERT fell quite noticeably down the chart and I wonder if he should just apologize for the AMA performance...ABC has already cancelled THREE of his appearances...so that's not a good sign and his current record sales for this week are showing it. I feel bad for SHAKIRA also...I really feel she should've been shown some love...JAY SEAN I can care less. ANGIE STONE and BOYZ II MEN, unfortunately, will not be present on the charts for that much longer.

CHECK HERE NEXT WEEK on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17th, 2009 to find out how CHRIS BROWN, TIMBALAND, SNOOP DOGG, GUCCI MANE, and CLIPSE do on the charts!
